I hold a master's degree in computer science. I initially started working as a software engineer and always had a special interest in graphic design. So I decided to take a design course and became a freelance web designer. I had numerous opportunities to work on business and web-based application projects. This gave me exposure to the typography and colors required for web-based and printing designs based on these projects. I eventually started a design studio based on growing business needs. I gathered clients’ design needs directly, understood, built, and provided design solutions faster.
I'm a mother of two beautiful kids. I keep a great work-life balance by working on various part-time freelance projects for the past ten years. I use my creativity to conceive ideas and deliver them by putting myself in the shoes of the users. I keep myself motivated by encouraging my kids towards creativity, organizing homes, organizing events, being creative in cooking, event planning for friends and family, and pictures, few freelance projects for non-profit organizations. I am currently learning about what’s new with UI/UX and the current industry trends from the experts to keep myself up to date.
I want to work in a dynamic tech company where the app may be used by millions of users. Leveraging my passion for design, I strive to exceed user needs while evenly balancing them with the client's needs. Ideally, where I can explain complex concepts into simplified human experiences. I want to build a better user experience with my knowledge on both sides of design and development allowing me again to work cross-teams and synthesize feedback from end-users. My experience can make communication smoother and more fruitful for designers, developers, for end-users.
